FAST HD & sHD Infrared Cameras
The FAST HD and FAST sHD series are high-performance, high-definition MWIR cameras from Telops designed for applications demanding large-format imagery combined with exceptional thermal sensitivity. The FAST HD series delivers 1.3-megapixel resolution (1280 × 1024), while the FAST sHD series pushes to a unique 3-megapixel capability (up to 1920 × 1536) — ideal for IR signature measurement, ranging, experimental mechanics, and nondestructive testing (NDT). All models feature a cooled InSb detector covering 1.5 – 5.4 µm, Telops’ proprietary blackbody-free permanent radiometric calibration, automatic exposure control (AEC), and enhanced high-dynamic-range imaging (EHDRI) as standard. An IP-67 sealed enclosure and rotary-Stirling closed-cycle cooling make these cameras equally at home in the lab or the field.
